Multifamily loans another gtld holding down number one

Before we begin this weeks installment of another "Look at how wrong they continue to be" let me first apologize for neglecting several sites that have reached out to me. While it is true that we have a backlog, we intend to get as many postings updated for you as we can in the coming weeks and months. If you need quicker results we suggest you buy a gTLD and watch it soar up the ladder of SEO domination.

Now, back to our newest entry into winning the SEO battle with gTLDs.

This weeks entry is another from Blake Janover. He is the same guy that owns www.home.loans as well as www.hud.loans Blake is not simply happy to rule the SEO industry from one position. No, Blake has a demonstrated need for greed to hog up ALL the search terms related to loans. (Keep an eye on this guy. If he continues to dominate the SEO landscape he may end up being the richest name you never knew)

Courtesy of Blake comes another stellar site that is occupies the top spot on Google organic with www.multifamily.loans

(Guess what the search term is?)

What was interesting to me when pulling up the data on SEMRush was the search term for "Apartment Loans" also lands Blake in 2nd place on Google. 1 URL - 2 above the fold results. No wonder Blake is such a happy man. Congrats to Blake for breaking his addiction and succeeding in the internet search engine wars.

Homing in on a hud loan

We are back with another installment of "How WRONG can they be?" Todays episode features another gTLD comfortably sitting on top of the search results for "Hud Loans" (You know - the one that others blabbed would NEVER land on the first page?) Hud.Loans is also owned by Blake Janover and targets another market he specializes in for Hud Loans. Of course, to hear the "experts" tell it, neither Hud nor Home will ever be found because only dot coms can land and occupy space on the first page of Google.

Where exactly do these "experts" gain their credentials from anyway? Wherever it is, I think I will avoid at all costs and ignore the "gurus", instead actually listening to real people who forged ahead and blew up the market.

Congrats to Blake on another massively successful website.

Amazon owns everything else why not first on Google as well

Exactly who does Amazon think they are? First they conquer the planet, then they conquer the internet. Coming in at a smooth #1 spot for Amazon jobs AND another #1 for Amazon careers it seems like they cannot be toppled on their way to dominance. Last I checked, the goliath company employed somewhere in the area of 200,000 people. Chances are - someone - somewhere out there typed "Amazon jobs" or "Amazon careers" or even "Jobs at Amazon" (which for all of the gasbag blowhards out there blabbing on about "Daht Kahm Iz Keeng" nonsense) also comes in at #1 on Google for search.

Just like Home.Loans and Vacation.Rentals - the left and the right of the dot work beautifully for SEO as we have shown time and time and time again. Another fantastic example of generic top level domains working like a charm.

Think we will check in on this gTLD in the future and see if it holds up.
